LEGO City Planning
In their final days of the school year, the children from Tiger and Lion Class came together for an exciting collaborative project: building incredible LEGO cities. With creativity and teamwork at the heart of the activity, the children enthusiastically discussed key aspects of city planning, focusing on what makes a community safe, functional, and enjoyable. Their imaginative cities featured essential structures such as police stations, jails, schools, colleges, and even an XL shop inspired by the local shop here in Minane Bridge. Popular spots like McDonald's and pizzerias added a touch of fun, while the inclusion of renewable energy sources and abundant green spaces highlighted the children’s awareness of sustainability and mental wellbeing. The project was a fantastic blend of learning and play, and there's already talk of turning it into an annual competition to inspire future young city planners.
